المحاور الرئيسية: نظرية القانون: تعريف القاعدة القانونية، مصادر القانون، وتطبيق القانون. نظرية الحق: تعريف الحق، وأنواعه، والعناصر التي يتكون منها. 🔹 تُعد هذه المادة المدخل الأساسي واللبنة الأولى لدراسة القانون؛ إذ تُعرّف الطالب بمفهوم القاعدة القانونية وخصائصها ومصادرها الرسمية، إلى جانب بيان ماهية الحق وأركانه وأشخاصه.

لمحاور الرئيسية: التطور التاريخي للقوانين في الحضارات القديمة (مثل الحضارة المصرية القديمة، والرومانية، والشرقية القديمة). التسلسل الزمني لنشأة وتطور الأنظمة والمؤسسات القانونية. 🔹 تهدف هذه المادة إلى إبراز الجذور التاريخية للقوانين وكيفية تطورها عبر العصور، مع التركيز على الأنظمة القانونية القديمة ومدى أثرها في تشكيل صرح القوانين الحديثة.
